Register

The registration fee for Utrecht Ultra 2027 is €230.

By registering, you agree to all of the following terms. Please read carefully.

General terms

In order to participate, you must be at least 18 years old.
By participating in this self-supported event, you acknowledge that the organisation will not provide any form of support, including technical or medical support.
It is required that you have valid insurance that covers you in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The organisation will not provide any kind of insurance.
The organisation will not be held responsible for any adverse event or damage, direct or indirect, that may occur to you or others.
It is required that you are physically present at accreditation on Saturday, 15 May, prior to the start of the event.

Tracker terms

Trackers are provided by Follow My Challenge and you are responsible for the tracking device once it is given to you at the start of the event.
A refundable deposit of €150 is required for each tracker against loss or damage. This is close to the retail price of the device and will be withheld if a tracker is lost, damaged or returned too late.
You must return the tracking device to the organisation as soon as possible, and no later than one week after the end of the event or after scratching. If the tracker is not returned on time, the organiser will withhold the deposit of €150 on behalf of Follow My Challenge.
If the tracking device is lost or damaged beyond repair, the organiser will withhold the deposit of €150 on behalf of Follow My Challenge.

Registering as a pair

It is possible to register and ride Utrecht Ultra as a pair. To register as a pair, just select the pair ticket during registration. One person will complete the registration form and enter the details for both riders. Spots for pairs are limited.

Refund policy

We offer a refund policy that considers the work and expenses that we encounter during the organisation of Utrecht Ultra:

Cancel by 31 December 2026: 50% refund right away, full refund possible, minus fees.
Cancel by 31 March 2027: Full refund possible, minus fees.
Cancel from 1 April 2027: No refund possible.

Waitlist: if the race sells out, we open a waitlist. On Friday 2 April we offer all cancelled spots to the waitlist, in the order the cancellations came in. If your spot is taken, you get your entry fee back minus a €15 payment and admin fee. If you cancelled by 31 December and already received 50%, we top this up to your entry fee minus €15.

Transfers: we do not allow spots to be transferred to other riders or to next year. The waitlist is how spots change hands, so everyone gets a fair chance.

Pairs: if one rider of a pair cancels, the other can still ride solo. The same refund rules apply to the rider who cancels.
